Car Alarms: Nitro 2-way auto alarm, power doors, negative pulse

I am trying to get the power doors to work from this alarm.  Any suggestions as far as what color coded wire to use.  Is this a good alarm?

I have no experience with that brand so I can not give an opinion on it's quality.  Most systems offer a negative pulse output to control door locking and unlocking.  These outputs would need to be be connected the vehicle's door lock control wires.  These types of system can vary greatly, I recommend taking a look at this website to get an understanding of the different types of systems and to get a wiring chart for your vehicle:
