Car Alarms: valet switch location not found, conductor wire, fcc id

Question
bought 99 camaro for son that came with a hornet alarm system. On back of Hornet remote transceiver, it says Directed FCC ID:EZSDEI477T RPN  477T 2 66 CODES. I ordered a new transceiver that matches all that & looks identical but when I read instructions in new package. It said I needed to press & release Valet button. Is valet button on remote or is in car? Kid who sold car to us is off on a job out of state for the week. There's no switch or button under dash when I took dash board off to look only tons of wires & a shock box. Do you have access to instruction manual that goes with this type of alarm system? It has the remote start system programmed into the old remote. Can new remotes learn off old ones? thanks, any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Answer
If you take another look under the dash, grab the model number from the unit itself it will be on the brain of the alarm.  Post that number back here and I will see what I can do about locating the manuals for you.

If you look at the brain, in a small 2 pin (I think it's blue) plug there will be a grey/black 2 conductor wire.  This is the wire that leads to the valet/programming button.  Follow this wire to the button and you should be able to program your transmitters.
