i have a prestige car starter for my van and every time i hit the brakes my brake lights flash multiple times. I do not have the owners manuel and was hoping you may know the sequence to fix it.

Nope. The alarm is malfunctioning. Could even be
going off, and would need to be reset
and or removed. But without inspection.
hard to say for sure.

Do you see in the manual the section to reset
the alarm? Go through this process
and see if it corrects
the issue.

If not, you might want to remove it
and replace it with a new system you can depend on.
