Car Alarms: VIPER 350 Alarm, car locks, viper alarm

My wife had a viper alarm installed on my camry last July.  I think the model is 350vh but not sure.  It has a blue LED light and has a 3 button remote.  Last week, I asked my wife to use her remote to open the car which was in the garage.  After she unlocked it, I opened the car and put it in neutral and pushed the car back (it's a manual transmission).  I can't remember if I asked her to lock it with the remote after that.  Anyway, yesterday both our remotes no longer work.  The LED is not blinking at this time.  We can drive the car and it appears that the alarm still work because once I turn the key on, the car locks and when I turn off the engine the car unlocks.  I don't think both remotes went bad on me at the same time so I think the alarm may went into a state that it does not respond to the remotes.  Please help.
