Car Alarms: 2000 dodge neon factory alarm, neon factory, dodge neon

My car has a grey key and a factory alarm, my alarm went off and when i put the key in the door to unlock it it stopped but since then him unable to turn my key in the ignition. is there any way to remove this factory alarm and where is the brain box to do so. please respond as im in a desperate situation. thanks for your time!

No sorry. No good news here.
This will need to be reset at Dodge.

There is nothing you can do without the diagnostic
code reader/writer @ Dodge. :>(
