ive seen the previous question about the alarm, with splicing and grounding the green/orange wire, but can anyone give me a diagram, or more detailed step by step instructions??

There really is no 'diagram' available for this.  You really should be familiar with vehicle electronics before trying to tackle something like this.  It only involves stripping back some of the insulation on the light green/orange wire either at the alarm above the glove box or in the driver's kick panel in the harness going to the door.  Then solder a wire to the stripped light green/orange, insulate the connection and run the other end of the wire to a paint and primer free piece of metal on the chassis be it in the kick panel or other location so long as it is a good ground point.
