Car Alarms: Remove Viper 300+ Alarm, toyota rav4, bearer of bad news

I have a 99 Toyota Rav4 with a viper 300+ alarm system.  When I start the car, the engine makes noise but won't start.  The only way I can get the car move is to push gas and brake at the same time.  My friend told me it's the problem with the alarm system.  Do you know where I can find the 300+ manual so that I can remove it?  Thanks a lot!

I would hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I can think of no way that the Viper would be causing this problem.  If the starter turns over (cranks) the alarm is not the problem.  Here is a link to the install manual for your Viper 300+ for reference.  But I think that if you remove the alarm it will not solve your problem.
