Car Alarms: Alarm not working, chevy cobalt, passlock

I own a 2005 Chevy Cobalt with an after-market Prestige AVXAPS90TWC 2-way security system. My car had to be repaired and the body shop disconnected the battery and now the key will not turn over to start the car and the valet switch will not reset the alarm.

Answer
The trouble sounds like the passlock needs to be recalibrated.
Take it to the shop that installed the system
for that. Not alot you can do if you were
not the installer.

They should be able to set it up in no time.
