Car Alarms: viper alarms and passenger doors, viper alarms, hatch release

Question
I recently bought a 96 firebird, which had a viper system already in it. It has a two-button with green LED DEI remote. The 'I' button sets/resets the alarm system just fine, locks both doors just fine, but only unlocks the drivers side on reset. The 'II' button seems to hav no function at all.
Is there a simple way to program the system to work both doors on unlock, and can I program the 'II' button to work the hatch release?
