Car Alarms: Hornet Alarm, impact sensor, loud music

My car alarm goes off at the slightest bit of loud music and if someone just touches it. What should I do?

This sounds as if your impact sensor is set too high.  If you had the system installed, then the shop that did it should adjust it for you at no charge.  If you did not have it installed, you would have to take a look under the driver's side dash and find the impact sensor.  DEI impact sensors are typically zip tied to a wiring harness.  On the sensor itself there will be a small adjust pot that you can turn with a small screwdriver, adjust it counter clockwise to turn it down.
