Honda: Honda 2000 Accord AC Blower, honda 2000, mws

The AC blower switch on my 2000 Accord will only work on the 3rd and 4th speeds.  It will not work on the first (2) settings.  Any suggestions?  How much does something like this cost to repair?

Hi there Chris,
Sounds to me that the problem is in the switch itself(which is most likely good).  If you have to purchase the whole assembly, it'll run you about $160.00.  If you can get away with just a knob, something like $15.00 will do.
Do you feel comfortable removing any of the parts?  If so, the problem may be just a dirty connector, which you can clean with only the cost of your time.
