Car Alarms: two-way alarm issue, keyless entry system, wire interface

Hello, I have a scytek two-way alarm in my sentra,but is not working correctly, When I press the button to lock the doors they don't lock, but if I lock them manually and try to unlock them with the control, they unlock normally.  I also can hear the noise everytime the car unlocks and tries to lock the doors but it doesn't work.  Please help me!!

Hard to say without inspection,
But from your desription, the connection
from your alarm/keyless entry system is
either not on the correct wire, or is
misconnected some how.

Take it up to the local car alarm install
shop, can even be a Best Buy and or a Circuit
city, and ask them to inspect it.
Don't let them try to sell you a new system,
just look at the wire interface on the
lock wire, and repair the connection.

But that's an opinion from a distance.
After inspection, they may find another issue.
