Car Alarms: 2000 eclipse oem alarm from hell..., door locks, headlights

i have a 2000 eclipse, the OEM alarm is going off(headlights and horn) i tried
putting the key in the drivers door and it didn't work, however the car still
started, the alarm eventually shut off. but this happens everytime i open the
door. i replaced the battery, and left it disconnected for a while, but no luck.
how do i reset the factor alarm. i don't see any valet switch under the dash.

Unfortunately the door locks and the security are
one in the same in this car.

My best suggestion is to take it to the local Mitsubishi shop
and have them code test and reset it for you.

Saves alot of time trying to disect it to get it
circumvented.
