Car Alarms: remote will not respond, exact model number, dodge car

i had a viber installed on my dodge car about a year ago never having any problem until now.my remote will not respond i tryed changing the battiers nothing. if i open my car door my alarm is going to go off because my remote will not work.what can i do please help.

Turn your key to the run position and press the programming button.  The factory default is one press of the button, if it has been changed it will require more than one press.  If you did not change the code a single press should work fine.  If you post the exact model number of the system I will see what I can do about locating a manual for you that would explain this in better detail.
