Car Alarms: 94 Jeep Cherokee - Disabling Alarm System, step by step directions, jeep cherokee

Question
I need your further expertise to help walk me through how to go about disabling the factory alarm system in my '94 Jeep Cherokee, as it won't start b/c of the alarm.

I've disabled the battery in hopes to reset the alarm system (it's worked in the past), but doesn't work anymore.  The horn was disabled, b/c the alarm system is so loud from the horn always honking.  The lights used to flash, horn would honk, etc., but now just the security light stays lit and won't allow me to start my Jeep.

I need specific step by step directions on how to splice this violet/yellow wire you described in the past.  I am so confused and need more detailed directions, if you don't mind.  I want to ensure I have the right wires, then I need to know what to do with them.  Sorry to be so demanding, but your expertise seem to be what's best, and I need help!!!

ANy direction you can provide will be more than appreciated.
Let me know at your earliest convenience and thanks again for your assistance!!!!

Answer
Normally, you would insert the key in
the drivers door, turn left, then right
to disarm and reset it. If yours is malfunctioning,
you can disable it for good by doing the following:

The FACTORY ALARM DISARM WIRE IS
green/orange |-| in your case & is
Located in the drivers kick panel.

Once Located, splice into
(strip off a bit of the wires covering to expose
the copper on the wire) either wire with
a simular guage wire, and put it to
a solid chassis ground. Then tape it off.

This terminates
the alarm functions entirely.

However, at this point, this car would be exceedingly
easy to steel, so I suggest you get an aftermarket
alarm system to protect it from here on in.

Let me know how it goes.
