Car Alarms: Programming Python 1400XP Auto Remote Start, programming python, installation forum

I just had a Python 1400XP installed at Circuit City. I won't go into the details but "what an adventure". Anyway I would prefer not to go back. I asked them to program a 24 minute delay for autorun and it is still at the default 12 minute. I do not think that they used a Bitwriter tool to program and would like to know if there is an easy way for me to change that myself? I think you have to use the valet button. Thanks!
