Car Alarms: reset a alarm, remotestart, remote start

Question
I have a prestige two-way alarm and I have a crank kit on it. And I turned the car on with my remote starter and tried to roll my window down and it shut off . Do i need to reset the alarm or what?

When remote start is engaged, you can turn it
off by remote, or by pressing the parking brake
if installed correctly.

If the windows do not work during remotestart,
there is a wire in the ignition column NOT POWERED,
that should be.

Your installer needs to go in
and attatch the accessory wire not used, so you
have power to the windows when you
are in remote start mode.

Go over the wiring again.
