Question
It is not the passlock. The security light does not come on. I have no idea what fuses to pull.  Can you help me with that?

-----Question-----
The starter kill is activated on my 1999 chevy blazer. I am unable to start my car.  Is there a way I can deactivate or bypass the kill switch so I can get my truck to start?  I have disconnected the battery and tried every reset that the Viper manual has to offer. Please help. Thank you in advance.
-----Answer-----
Removing the fuses that supply the unit should disable the starter kill and enable you to start the vehicle.

Are you turning the ignition on then off and then hitting the valet button?

You can get the owner's manual here:

Page 14 explains valet mode.

Are you sure it is the Viper that is keeping the vehicle from starting?  Your vehicle is equipped with passlock II.  This system can be reset by leaving the key in the run position for 10 minutes.  If it was the passlock system it would be indicated by a security light in the dash.

Answer
Trace back the wires that are going to the brain of the Viper, pull the fuses that supply the brain.  If you are not sure which they are, then pull every fuse you find that goes to the system.  There will be at least three, 2 30amps and 1 10 amp.  The 10 is the parking light fuse and it is on a white wire, the others should be on 12gauge red wires.
