How do you remove the door panelling on a 1998 Sienna van to get access to the power window motor?

Remove the power window master switch if it is the driver's side, remove the window switch if it is the passenger side, they both pop out by prying on the front just below and depressing the spring clip, remove the top part of the armrest, it just pops off, there are screws under it, remove the inner door handle cover, there may be a small screw holding it on under a small cover, the door panel is held on with a bunch of plastic clips so insert a screwdriver between the door panel and the metal frame and start popping the fasteners loose.
