Car Alarms: keyless entry, yellow wires, door locks

I just installed an ultra start 1270xr in my 1994 ford f150 automatic trans. The remote start works fine but i cannot get the keyless entry to lock or unlock the doors. I tried reprogramming the remotes. when you press the lock or unlock, the vehicle clicks but does not lock or unlock. i have the wires connected to the pink/lt. green and pink/yellow wires from the door in the passenger kick panel. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Your 1994 F150 could have one of two possible ways of interfacing with the door locks.  If the truck was equipped with factory keyless entry then it would be a negative trigger and all you would have to do is tie in the door lock outputs from your system to the pink/green and pink/yellow.  If your truck did not come with keyless entry from the factory then it is a 5-wire setup.  This is probably the setup you have, you will need 2 relays to interface with this type and you can find a diagram on how to interface with these wires here:
