-----Question-----
The signal on the door poppers are very weak, is there a way to increase the distance from the outside to the head receiver. I have to get almost inside the truck for them to work. On the door popper site, there was this link. maybe you can answer this question even though your an expert in car alarms.
-----Answer-----
the unit you are using to control the poppers needs
to have it's antenna moved and tested to provide the range
you require. It's all in the control unit, not the poppers.

I hope this helped.

Answer
No Ryan,
Extending it will not produce the desired
effect. In fact, it might decrease the range.

No, you need to stretch out the antenna on the
control brain (alarm/keyless/remotestart) virtically
to increase it's performance range.

If no joy there, then by all means, get a
replacement keyless entry, alarm or a
remote startern that can do the job.

Happy installing!
