Car Alarms: Alpine 8030b reset, dash switch, alarm car

Question
Getting my monies worth on these questions.  Thanks.  Unplugged brain,
nothing.  I am going to take it to local Honda fix it guy and hopefully he can
find the ignition kill switch, I cannot.  Too many different wires that look like
they belong and not sure which ones do not.  thanks.  Happy New Year.  Kyle

-----Question-----
Do alarms not have fuses?  What happens if I unplugged brain?  I am sure that
would just disable everything.  The car will not start.  I am looking for ignition
kill wire to disconnect.  Thank you for information.  Kyle

-----Question-----
My son was playing with toggle switch out of frusteration one night and put
car into kill switch mode.  We have tried to reset alarm, to no avail, now are
just trying to disarm and disconnect alarm.  Car tries to start, but just will not
turn over.  So we thought if we took fuse out it might solve our problems
there.  thanks.  Kyle

-----Question-----
I asked a question a couple weeks ago about Alpine 8030b reset.  Placed key
in
ignition and flipped valet switch to down, there is no under dash switch.  This
did not reset alarm.  Wondering if we were able to locate fuse for alarm and
pulled this to disable, maybe car would start.  Where would the fuse be
located?
Thanks.  Kyle
-----Answer-----
Kyle,
I need to know a little more info. Has the alarm been tripped? Will the car turn
over or do you have nothing at all when the alarm is tripped? If you turn the
key and nothing happens I would assume they have a relay wired into the
ignition for a starter kill circuit. This can be bypassed easily by locating the
relay usually right under the steering column tied into the key switch wires.
Disconnect the relay and attach the ignition wires back together. Your vehicle
will now turn over and should start.

Not to sure about taking the fuse out. If the person who installed it even
added one you could try it. It will not hurt anything.
-----Answer-----
They do if the installer uses them!!! I have fixed many many jobs were
installers have not used them. Yes try unplugging the brain and see if it will
work for you.

Answer
Not sure if you said or not, is the car cranking over? Also what year car is this? I would say the Honda mechanic may know what to do but if this is an aftermarket alarm I would suggest an install shop to disconnect it. One more thing to try is turn the ignition switch on and flip the switch under the dash and leave like that for a few minutes then turn the ignition switch off and flip the switch back to its normal position. I do not know much about this alarm and my search yeilded no results. Do you have a manual? If so you can scan it and frorward it to me and maybe we can come up with something cheaper for you.
