Nissan Repair: 1995 200SX Nissan, fuel pressure gauge, nissan 200sx

we have a 1995 nissan 200sx w/1.6 that will crank and seem to hit but will not start. ihave checked the fire ,strong spark, its getting fuel with plug out can see vapor coming from cylinder. i checked compression at 90 lb on all 4cylinders. it will not hit or back fire on ether. idonot know where to check timing on this one. this is the third time this car has done this .the other times we have hauled it to a garage and they have fiddled with it checking things and a day or two later it starts.they have not replaced any parts
i have put in new plugs .

Check the fuel pressure to make sure the pump is not going out.  Get a fuel pressure gauge.  For the ingition portion I would pull a plug wire and get a paper clip and hold the wire just a quarter of an inch from the block and ahve someone turn it over.  If you are getting spark then I would be looking at fuel pressure as the cause.
