Car Alarms: car alarm, eclipse system, dodge durango

2ooo dodge durango eclipse alarm.....my alarm will not disarm I have tried the lock/unlock in all 3 doors.....tried to disconect the neg. on the battery as suggested and still nothing......is there a fuse of something I can remove

I am not familiar with that brand, but all after market brands I have seen have some type of over ride switch.  If you can not find the switch it may not have been installed.  If you take the dash panel under the steering column off and look at the harness running down from the ignition switch you should see where the after market system was tapped in to the factory wiring.  There should be inline fuse holders between where it was tapped in and the brain of the eclipse system, pulling the fuses from these holders should disable the alarm system.
