Car Alarms: 2002 dodge ram 3500 factory alarm, dodge ram 3500, factory security

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 I have a hugh problem with the alarm system it activating itself.I lost or misplaced the keyless entry remote and key can't deactivate the alarm either.So I want to eliminate the security system can you help?thanks

To my knowledge there is no way to permanently turn off the factory security in the 02 Ram.  Check the owner's manual to see if there is a way to permanently disarm the system.  If you can not find anything in the owner's manual, try posting this question to www.dodgeforum.com.
