Car Alarms: FREE INF, falcon car, local shop

Question
I purchase a Falcon car alarm in this shop and paid for installation now I moved out and the alarm is not working property since a mechanic by accident left press the button on/off an the remote control for around 4 hours, and left the keys inside locking himself out.Now the alarm is not responding with my spare remote control and the other one dye the batteries. How can I make compatible the control remote again with the alarm to respond?

Answer
I am not familiar with the Falcon branded alarms, however most after market alarms can be reset simply by disconnecting the vehicle's battery and reconnecting it.  I would try getting a new battery for your remote and disconnect/reconnect your vehicle's battery.  If this does not work, see if you can find the owner's manual for the system and try to reprogram the remotes.  If neither of these suggestions work, I would contact the shop who installed it or try to find a local shop that sells that brand and see if they have run into similar problems in the past.
