Car Alarms: Viper comparsion, viper 791xv, alarmtek

Ok so I just bought 2 sets of Viper 791XV new with the manuals  and a 1 year warranty from Viper. Then I found your site and the comment "Protected By MICRO "Stand Back"/ Why Pay for DEI's Markup? Presented by JP Audio & Security" and now I'm not so sure.
Is there a better deal out there in terms of quality, reliability and support? I still have time to cancell my order.

K, well I am not a huge fan of DEI's because of they're
total lack of end user support. The will only talk
to a certified DEI dealer. So you are SOL unless
the seller is going to cover your tech support
for a self installation. I do that here for my customers
but as it happens, I am one of the only full service
Companies that do both saes and techsupport from start to finish.

Many online sellers sell the products ONLY.

It's a nasty catch 22 when and if it comes down to
needing assistance.

On the Micro Alarms, they do not have a system yet that
does all of the things you want just yet, but
they're alarms are very reliable as well.
