Car Alarms: remote start problem, alarmtek, remote starter

i have a prestige remote starter on my car for about 2 years and a few months ago my car stopped starting with the key i turn it and nothing happens now it only starts with the remote starter i just brought it to the dealer and they told me that it was not a problem with the ignition switch but with the system any advice you can give me i would really appreciate it thanks

Normally, this problem is because of the chip in the key.
This is the transponder anti theft system in the ignition
and is conflicting with the key you are attempting to use.

The deleting of a key that the ignition is reading
usually meeads the 2 chips are canceling each other
out. This needs to be corrected.

Have a technician inspect this issue and correct it if possible.
