Car Alarms: Prestige APS 300R, customer service rep, alarmtek

I tried to email CTURSI@AUDIOVOX.COM To see if I could download an installation manuel . My alarm was disconnected when I was having electrical problems in my 1990 camaro. My car is fixed but noone seems to know how to hook up my alarm. The email address was unable to deliver. Do you know any other resources to find the install manuel for prestige platinum APS 300-R

"If you can pass this on to Deb. I have the same system and needed to get a manual. Deb can call 800-225-6074, go through the menu options 3, 2, then 2. This will contact an Audiovox Customer Service Rep and they will be able to fax or mail the installation & owners manual.
