Car Alarms: magalarm 3700 remote start, chevy impala, remote start

Question
I HAVE A 2003 CHEVY IMPALA WITH A REMOTE START MEGATRONIX MEGALARM 3700 THE FIRST PROBLEM WITH THE ALARM IS IT WILL SET OFF A FALSE ALARM FOR THE DOOR TRIGGER ABOUT EVERY 10 TO 15 MINUTES. I HAVE HAD TWO DIFFRENT INSTALL SHOPS TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND NIETHER HAVE BEEN SUCCESFUL. THE FIRST WIRED THE ALARM USIN THE DOME LIGHT THE SECOND USING THE BCM AND BOTH WAYS SET OF THE DOOR TRIGGER. ALSO THE ALARM HAS NO DISTANCE YOU NEED TO BE RIGHT NEXT TO THE CAR TO USE ANY OF THE FEATURES AND IT IS BRAND NEW SO IT CANT BE WEAR AND TEAR. I ALSO DISSCONECTED LAST NIGHT SO I IMAGINE IT WILL NEED TO BE REPROGRAMED. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Answer
Without getting into the alarm itself,
which I don't sell here, both of the
installers were close but not complete.

The drivers door trigger wire is blue & the
Blue/white will catch all other doors.
Use both wires and diode isolate each.

This means you eithe have both
of these wires attatcheded, and your system is getting
feedback (no diodes) or, they do not have both attatched,
and the one not hooked is spiking the alarm trigger.

Take it back to the fisrt guy and have
him make the correction.

Good luck.
