Car Alarms: Removel and Re-installation, dodge srt 4, viper systems

Question
Ok all I know is that the trunk opens with the remote and doors lock and unlock and it also has the hood pin thing.  If you hit the car it warns and then gos off no valet switch and the LED in the piller.  So, with a new system what I want to do is beable to start my car, run the turbo timer, if possiable roll down windows and open the trunk and lock and unlock the doors.  Let me know what I need to do.  My e-mail is wade@walkercustomdesigns.com I own a 2003 Dodge SRT-4 with a gray key.

Thanks you,
Wade

I had the Viper 791XV installed in my 2003 SRT-4 about 2 years ago and now the other day I went to arm the car and it made a funny chip nosie and now it will not arm or disarm.  I would like to know how hard is it to unistall an exsisting alarm and install a new one.  I would like to have remote start (manual tranny) and tach timer and an alarm that would be able to handel upgrades to sensors and what not in the future.  If you would, please let me know what you can do for me thanks.  Also, if i could fix my Viper I don't mind keeping that if you could let me know what I would keed to have remote start on it.  Do you carry the supplies to make remote start possiable for the Viper 791XV

No sorry Wade,
I do not deal with DEI/Viper systems here becuase
of all the call backs and issues that arrise just like
this one you have.  Thabt system is not up to my standards
actually. There are so many bugs and end used questions that go unresolved by the DEI dealer/installer, that
I steer clear.

For issues, extra add ons or DEI questions,
you would need a dealer to talk to about any fixes
you would require. Un=installing it won't be hard
with my assistance. I would supply the car notes to make
the job faster/safer.

I'd opt to pull it, and get a system that
has what you need here. Have a look at the GALAXY 5000M
rsw 2 2way or the bigger brother, the GALAXY 5100T-M system
at www.PAGINGALARMS.com. 194.95 & 224.95 respectively.
Both have the required clutch bypass circuitry for
manual transmission useage.

I use these in my cars, and not a lick of trouble,
great performance and the range is rated at
up to 3000 ft.

Of course you will need
the "M" version for manual trans, but both of these
system run rings aroung the old 791XV, and have
all that you need including the turbo timer mode,
built in. All the rest of the devices that were put in to work with the Viper, can be used here as well.
I would just need to know what was installed so that
you can re-use it here. (ie; motion sensor, door lock module, or transmod bypass etc....)

Let me know your email address, and I can send a
complete paylink for your project needs, and
of course your selected system and itemized
products required to install it.

Best regards,

Answer
ok, the 5000 or the 5100 would interface well here.
The only thing you would need if the Viper does not
do it automatically is the 4 window roll up module
and 2 relays and socket for the trunk.

1.  4 window module= 49.00
1 Galaxy 5000 rsw 2 2waM unit= 194.00
2 relays and sockets= 12.00

sub total= 267.00 + s&h
