Car Alarms: 1993 Mazda MX-6 factory alarm, mazda mx 6, color location

Hi, I got 1993 Mazda MX-6, and I want to put security with remote lock/unlock. I already putted the actuator on my driver's door. However, there is factory alarm, so when I lock and unlock the door, the factory alarm will be turned on. How can I solve this problem? Please help me. Thank you very much to take your time.
