Car Alarms: Bunker Car alarm, exact sequence, warrantied

Question
I have a 2001 Ford explorer witha Bunker alarm system. At least that is the name written on the remote. It´s a 2-button remote. Large button to arm and disarm the alarm and a small button to operate alarm silently with no chirp. One of my remotes is dead. I have been told I can reprogram it by doing some sequences with the ignition switch or the valet button on my dashboard. I need to know the exact sequence or how many times I should push or hold the buttons in the remote/valet. I lost the manual so I´m stuck with this one. I know it must be an old model cause I can´t even find any mention of this brand in Google. Please anyone help if you can.
Thanks in advance,
Mark

Answer
Not so much old, as re named.
It can be most anyones dealership system really.
Best way to start here is to go to a site
like www.autotechs.com or, www.remotesunlimited.com
to try to match the remote to the system.

You can also try to do this:
key on
press the valet button 5 times
if you get a responce from the alarm's siren
press the lock button on your remote (s)
within 5 seconds. If the system responds
with a confirmation, turn off the key to set,
and you've done it.

If not, you will either
need to contact the manufacturer, or
just replace the system with a newer,
warrantied car alarm with upgrades etc...

Good hunting and
good luck with it.
