Car Alarms: remote starters, 1991 toyota mr2, toyota mr2

i know you have probably heard this a million times. but i want to install a remoter starter (not with keyless entry) on my 1991 toyota mr2. but it IS a MANUAL.
will it be the same as a automatic, except for the switch below the clutch that has to be pushed in?
i realize that no one really recommends this, but i gonna do it anyway. i never leave car in gear anyways.      please help if you can.

Well I see you've thought it through.
Fine. You need the Ultrstart 1250M
or 1600 M system for this project. Safest
Manual trans unit out there curently.
I have both in stock.

The 1250m @ 1000 ft range is 99.95 and the
1600 @ 1500 feet is 129.95.
