QuestionI had installed on my 5.7 litre V8four door 1996 Chevy Tahoe with push button 4x4, a Commando 6000 from asianwolf.com. I had a "professional" install it for me. The problem is when I use my remote starter feature is pops the SES codes P1860&P1864, the car also shifts hard out of 1st gear and doesn't engage any other gears. When I just start the car with the key everything runs fine. I even took it back to the installer and he said he check all the connections and couldn't resolve the problem. Is there a wire not grounded? May a wire have a short in it? Is a wire not powered correctly? Any information will be greatly appreciated! THANKS

AnswerIt appears your installer missed a second ignition wire
that powers the transmission. However, I am sorry,
but for further install support on your project,
please contact the seller you bought it from for assistance
on THEY'RE equipment. It is they're responsiblity
to assist you in this if you spent your money there.
As a rule, I do not supply support on other companies
equipment sales. Especially for Ebay liquidators like
ASIAN WOLF.
I understand they probably left you hanging,
but you get what you pay for in this business.
Most of these liquidators buy in bulk,
then dump it on the public with no backend support
what so ever, and then people come to me
to "help them out". I stopped that practice along time ago.
I do understand your problem & it is a common situation.
But unfortunately, the level of support you are asking
