HI,
I just installed a new alarm with remote start. Everything works fine except the shock sensor. The sensor is not getting all the power from the alarm brain. I think two of the wires the connect the sensor to the brain touched because at first it did work and aftter that it doesnt i checked all the fuses. The brain has 4 built in relays I think one of the relays messed up. the two trigger wires have power but the 12 volt power wire doesnt. HELP what should I do. Is there any place that can fix it?

Doubtful that it would be cost effective that way.
It sounds like you fried the circuit. Bench
time on this, other then the factory that
produced it, would come to more money then simply
getting a new one. Sorry, but sometimes
the news I have to give out is not what you'd like
to hear, but I don't want you to spend money
to send it back in to the shop, only to find out that
they will not warranty it due to installer error.
You can try to reroute the red wire, through
a 5 amp fuse, then to the 12 volt constant wire
you used for the alarm power. This might bring
up the power on the shock sensor so you
can get it to work.
Let me know if it worked that way.

HI again,
I tried that. The sensor comes on and the lights blink but, the alarms defrctive zone diagnostic still triggers when I arm the alarm. I am not to sure which wire is which. There is a red and a black wire on the ends which I think is 12 volt power and the groung then there is a blue and a white on the inside which I think are the triggers. Some insite would help.

AnswerThat sounds right. The defective zone notification could be
an open door cicuit if on the wrong wire. Or if the trunk is
wrong, or even if the dome light has a delay on it.
(close door, takes a while for the dome light to go out)
If not set to bypass the delay for one minute, the
you would get that reaction too.
Chcek that out next.
