Car Alarms: Alarm/immobiliser wont turn off, chevy dealer, door locks

Question
Hi I have a 2000 Chevrolet BlazerV6 Auto Estate and it wont start. Firstly it would not un-immobilise itself (sometimes if I wait about 10mins and try again it works)and now i have noticed that the rear window and the door locks can not be opened via the buttons in the door (although the key fob will open the doors but not the rear door(window) Is there any way that I can turn the immobiliser off, just to get it started. Can you help? please Thanks

Answer
Sorry David, but it sounds as if the factory PASSLOCK II system is enguaged. I can't assist you on this one.
Call the lock Chevy dealer and have them reset it.

That is really the only way I know of to get
around this one.

Good luck with it.
