It says "security" when it flashes

Answer
You may have a faulty door pin switch or
light that is out, the alarm monitors this
and will set off if there is a malfunction.
Best bet is to go to the local
Pontiac dealer and have them inspect
it.

That can't be too expensive, but would alow
you to have it fixed at the distributor.
It is the best way to get it looked after.
