Car Alarms: Alarm systems, ford aerostar, viper 300

Question
This is prob the worse mistake ever, but I bought 2 alarm systems on an auction site. One is a Viper 300 esp, the other Executive keyless entry 2500. I got with each the black box with the wireing harness attached. Nothing else. No instructions,no fobes, nothing. I don't have the slightest idea of what to do, where to start. Please helpif ya can. Thank you!
P.S. I wanted to install in 93 Ford Aerostar, 96 Ford Probe. YES.... FORD Lady..

The trouble is without the documentation/install manual,
and a way to see if both units have all the harnesses
and such, "helping" you would not be possible.
I don't stock or sell either unit here, and
I am fairly certain that the folk at
DEI (viper) or the people at Execurtive will offer
any help either.
  Have you tried to get the people
you bought them from to help? It seems to be
they're resposibility here on this.

The only way I could help is to sell you products
that are warrantied, and that I can help you install
personally/online. I really am sorry, but I don't
want the responsibility of "guessing" on this one.

The Aero star and the Probe are not too hard
to install in, but sadly, without the right information,
you could cause damage attempting it.

I will be glad to get you into new systems
that can be installed safely if that's the
way you want to go. Otherwise. I do appologise.
