Car Alarms: Passlock 1 ?, chevy cavalier, dash light

I just hooked up a Python remote start w/alarm along with the passlock module in a 1996 Chevy Cavalier. The car starts with or without the key, but the anti-theft system dash light stays on constant when started with or without the key. Everything else works fine, rechecked all connections, it's got me bumfuzzled. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.                                                                     Thanx.

Yeah without the proper bypass module
the light in the dash will be on, and
you may do damage to the transmission.

I would get the passlock I bypass module and
fix it before trying to remote start it again.

It simply a matter of the bpass, talking to the
dashboard status light. Without it, well,
can be risky.

Try contacting the people you bought it from
for further support on they're equipment.
I don't handle DEI/Python equip here, so
I am not the best one to call on for advice
on this equipment.
