How can I completely disconect the factory alarm of a 1994 929 Mazda?

Remove silver module in drivers kick panel. Reach into recess,
pull out harnesses. Two blue/whites in black plug.
Test the one which is one pin from the corner,
shows (-) pulse when door unlocked with key.

A very short pulse disarms without unlocking.
Remote starting will trigger factory security.
Best suggestion for permanant disabling
of the factory system is to ground this wire directly
to the chassis of the car. Then you can use an aftermarket
system effectively.
