Car Alarms: car alarm, power door locks, scion xb

I have a 2004 Scion XB. I want to purchase and have installed a car alarm. Scion will do that for a simple motion alarm, which is fine, for $500.

Is it better to have the dealer put in their own brand?

Can I get this done much cheaper if it's ok to go elsewhere?I live in Los Angeles.

What a rip!
You can do this ALOT cheaper, and get EVERYTHING
you want from remote start paging, to
power door locks etc... You pick from
anything you see at www.USCARALARMS.com
and I will check for an installer in the
Los Angeles area for you. But it would
be considerably easier if you found someone
there, or do it yourself, to really save.
