Car Alarms: Alarm wont arm, sounding, interface

Question
When I try to arm the alarm with the remote, it goes off (which is a constant sounding of the horn). If I honk my horn while driving, it stays on until I turn off the ignition and then hit disarm on the remote. What should I check?

Several things could be wrong. To vague.

You need to check ignition-door triggers-grounds,
connectors, virtually everything, and make sure you are
on the correct wires to interface an alarm.
The wrong ones could be causing your troubles.
