Car Alarms: scytek 3000, valet mode, remote keyless entry

hello,

i was interested in purchasing the scytek 3000 but here are my concerns.
1) on your site there is hardly any detials as to what features it has and how many remotes
2) i am in michigan and afraid that if i buy this--they will charge me an arm and a leg to install this.
