Car Alarms: Black Widow Alarm Remote Start, black widow alarm, wiring advice

I am installing a black widow alarm/remote start in a 96 honda civic.  The problem is that I am unclear on the remote start feature.  The alarm has built in relays but the directions also go on to give info on how to wire external relays. So how do I utilize the built in relays or are they just to trigger the external relays. Also I have the violet wire hooked to the starter but I am not real sure if that is the correct color for the starter.  I do not have power windows-locks so all I need to do is get the remote start to work.  Please give any wiring advice that might help.

  Double check the required wiring for this install
See the Honda Civic archive link on my page at
www.ALARMTEK.us . In the Civic, no external relays
to do remote start are required with nearly all remote starters.

Have a look and go over the wiring to make sure you get them all.
