Car Alarms: Motorcycle alarm with pager recomendation, honda cbr1100xx, matthew mcgill

Looking for a recomendation on a good Motorcycle alarm with a pager (1999 fuel injected Honda CBR1100XX).  Unit needs to be water resistant and have decent range.  Is there one available with a motion sensor that will automatically adjust to the bike being on the centerstand or kickstand?  I am not interested in remote start capability.

I am also entertaining the idea of simply adapting a car alarm to the bike with the two biggest issues being the motion sensor and whether a perimeter sensor would be usable.

All advice is appreciated.

I like the idea of using a basic car alarm here,
weatherizing the brain box and motion sensor
module with silicone, and that should solve
the issue.

I would go with a Micro 6008 car alarm,
set up as an active system, and my 2 stage
motion sensor, placed under the seat.

Won't be that hard to do, but it is a
reasonable solution to this one. And the
motion sensor would work well, but
when angled, it will detect motion
in the angles "field" (kickstand)
That one you would have to tweek to get right.

Other then that it should be a decent security
system for your bike. If you want 2 way paging,
the Astra 777 system. This would then give you
huge range, and 2 way flexability.
