I have the upgraded touchscreen stock head unit RHB. I replaced the 4 door speakers and want to run a amp to them and run a seperate amp to a pair of subs. How do I get the RCA outs from head unit to run all 4 door speakers AND the subs? I have the 4 channel hi/lo adapter for the 4 door speakers to hook up behind the head unit. How can I get another channel to run signal to the sub amp? Can i just use another hi/lo adapter and splice it into the existing rear door speaker wires?

You could get another high level output adapter, but realistically, just get a set of RCA splitters, and run them off of the rears. The only reason to really use a 4 channel adapter is to keep your fade.  When you're running amps, the signal coming out of the adapter should be reasonably strong enough to split, and then adjust your gain accordingly.
