Car Stereos: Line-out Converter, jeep grand cherokee, 2005 jeep grand cherokee

I had just installed a line-out converter (Pyramid ns60)in behind the head unit to the rear speakers wires in my 2005 JEEP Grand Cherokee, everything is working but i can't adjust the bass from the factory head unit, bass sounds the same on volume 20 as volume 1 - where did i go wrong ?

Hi Bill,

Many line out converters won't let you control bass levels because they just pick up the signal, regardless of its volume, and send it to the amplifier.  It's why many amplifiers have remote gain wires you can put in the dash near the driver to control their output.
