QuestionQUESTION: Im trying to run my subwoofers on my 98 Grand Prix, and I have done several installations in all my previous vehicles, but I always have ran my power wire through my door jam. on this car I didnt want to do so because I know its extremely dangerous if the wire is pinch/exposed. So my ultimate question is: does anyone know where I can run my power wire? I poked around some but couldnt find anywhere specific.

If the door sills don't work for you, I recommend on the floor, snaked underneath the car's carpet. Either alongside the seats on the outside, or right down the middle.

QUESTION: right exactly, but it seems as if the whole car is metal! like there is no where to poke the wire through. any suggestions? should i just take it to a professional?

The wire should be well insulated anyway (and being an amp wire should be 8 gauge or thicker, depending on wattage, so you have a little lee-way.) And the wire should be fused under the hood before it gets anywhere near any sharpness.
If your issue is getting through the firewall, you can generally find pieces of rubber at hardware stores that you can wrap around the cable to help insulated it from the sharp metal.
If you aren't comfortable running the wire yourself, there's no shame in taking it to a pro.
