QuestionIs it possible to figure out the male connector prongs for a Namsung Model DB 1200? If I take it apart will it be obvious from the circuit board?
We received an almost new one as a donation to add to a boat we're refurbishing for a kids cancer camp. There was no wiring harness with it and we have no idea which of the 12 prongs on the male connector are for power or speakers.
I sent an email to the distributor asking the same question or if a connector or harness with explanation is available but doubt I'll get a response.
Even a diagram explaining which prongs do what would be helpful thanks, Mike

Sorry, but I can't help you with the plug pin-out on this head unit. I'm honestly not sure if you'd be able to determine the pin positions from the circuit board.
Namsung isn't a very well-known brand in the US, but they're the parent company of the brand Dual, which is much better known. Unlike Namsung, Dual has a customer service and support presence in the US. It might be worth trying to contact Dual for a replacement plug; there's a very good chance that Dual and Namsung head units use the same plugs, or they may be able to help direct you further.
